Happy Friday,

How was your week? Are you ready for the break if you aren't already off?

I'm soooo ready, and looking forward to hosting and spending time with my favourite people.

Alright, last one of the year!

Brands that treat themselves (and us) to holiday campaigns have a fabulous chance to build stronger emotional connections by

- Dialing up that sense of connectedness

- Connect through a shared nostalgia,

- Creating a lasting positive association

Ultimately staying top of mind with their consumers and future ones. Think of the Coca-Cola Polar bears that started in 1922 or the John Lewis since 2007 commercials. Some of these become so iconic that they are watched and enjoyed for years to come, and this year didn't disappoint:

So click on your fireplace and enjoy these gems:

- Outback |  Koala the Walla

- John Lewis | The Perfect Tree

- Amazon | Joyride

- Chevrolet | A holiday to remember

- Capital One | Holiday night fever

And if you need more of Barbie this year, here's I'm just Ken Kristmassy version you didn't know you needed.

All that is left to do is to wish you a wonderful break and a happy, healthy New Year

I'm taking a few weeks off and will be back at it mid-January

Until then

See you next year.
