Happy Friday,

Did you have a good week? Mine flew by; my year flew by actually as I marked my first Googleversary on Wednesday.

I chose to join Google to understand how to help brands win in such a complex and fragmented ecosystem. But most importantly, I wanted to show my girls that even their maman could make a big change to reset and learn something new.

This last year did not disappoint, and I’m grateful for now

- Having the mental space to learn, it’s one of the greatest gifts since joining.

- Allowing myself to ask countless questions, learn an abundance of new things, and that embracing the never-ending learning curve is thrilling

- Connecting with dozens of amazing Googlers from all around the globe is the gift that keeps on giving

Brand work is exhilarating, and I realize now that brands that make their work shine not just across channels but also vertically by adapting their messages by stage as consumers go down the path to purchase will win.

Like these brands:

- Squarespace | Awareness, Consideration, Action

- Masterclass | Awareness, Consideration, Action

- Raymour Flanigan | Awareness, Consideration, Action

- Sally Hansen | Awareness, Consideration, Action

And the way to do it while maintaining a healthy balance sheet is by leveraging AI and choosing the right ecosystem that enables it

I can’t wait to see what next year will bring.

Until then, see you next week.
