Happy Friday

How was your week?

Are you enjoying tennis or football (soccer)

For me, it’s Wimbledon all the way. I love watching it, but I miss seeing Federer on the court. To me, tennis is Roger Federer.

Have you ever thought of your brand? What you want/are/will stand for?

Mine is helping brands build their brand.

This aligns with my professional journey as a marketer and seller, helping brands unlock their full potential with Google for one or leading the mentorship pillar for the women LEAD cohort for another. Beyond that, I strive to apply it around me with family, friends, team and colleagues (sadly for them, no one is spare)

Federer has managed his masterfully like his tennis game

And even more true after watching his documentary Twelve Final Days

His brand attributes could include discipline, classy, determination, respect, intention, and gracefulness.

His brand associations align with such attributes as Rolex, Switzerland Tourism, Lindt, Uniqlo, and ON, to name a few, all matching his brand voice, tone, and manner

Respecting the 3 golden rules of memorable brands

  • Authenticity | Amplifying their brand purpose

  • Consistency | Demonstrating it across communication, gravitas, and appearance

  • Distinctiveness | Making it instantly recognizable (and memorable) to your target audience

We all have a personal brand,

Understanding why you do what you do will ultimately help you achieve your goals. Many tools (CliftonStrengths, Working Genius, for example) help identify our strengths, where we get the most energy, gain confidence, and be intentional where we want to be exceptional—and give it back to you tenfold.

So, what’s your brand?

See you next week
